We offer paid subscription services with a trial period of 48 hours after which, the card details provided by you upon initial registration, shall be debited automatically. These charges shall be valid for 1 year from the date of debit. Upon the completion of the paid subscription period of 1 year, the card shall once again be debited with the subscription charges for the forthcoming year. If the parents wish to deactivate their paid subscription they should promptly before the expiry of their current paid subscription tenure, unsubscribe from the paid subscription services by visiting the subscription portion of the website and clicking upon the unsubscribe button, hereafter such action has been completed, the card provided by the parents shall not be debited and their account and paid subscription will cease to be operational from the date of expiry of the already paid subscription period. The parents shall cease to have access to their account or the information entered into their account by them after the parents have desired and exercised their unsubscribe rights. The parents shall also not be entitled to any refund of any paid subscription fees at any time. If at any time, a device is in the hands of a minor child and the minor child subscribes to our services using the parent's credit card/debit card details without the consent of the parents, we shall not be held liable for this action or be held liable to refund of any paid subscription fees at any time. It shall remain the prerogative of the parents to exercise due caution and disable all direct payment rights on their respective mobile devices to prevent such an action from happening.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
The company follows a seven-day product replacement policy in case of any manufacturing defect.
